Our employment & staff development, with 35% of our team comprised of PDI’s.
Our staff development programme, with an internship for PDI graduates.
Our procurement practices, with 40% of our discretionary spend being with BEE suppliers.
In addition we actively partner with BEE companies to deliver IT solutions through teaming alliances and formal partnerships. To support this strategy, Blue Turtle provides skills transfer and training to BEE IT partners.
